Further training for volunteers, coordinators and management team
The hospice service, which operates under the umbrella of the Ökumenische Initiative Wipperfürth e.V. (Wipperfürth Ecumenical Initiative), needed to expand its organization in order to be able to maintain its services at the same level of quality in the future in the face of growing demand in the region. For two years, the Hans Hermann Voss Foundation supported measures for professional training and collegial exchange for volunteers, as well as further training with an organizational and strategic focus for the management team and coordinators.
